Incase of any exchange, the customer is requested to inform us about the same within 7 days of delivery. We accept the exchange within 7 days of the registered request and hold the right to not accept the products incase received in a damaged condition, worn or after the given time.
- The cost of exchange if any have to be borne by the customer. You will have to self ship the products to us. We will dispatch the exchanged product at our expense. Request you to please go through our size guide thoroughly before confirming your orders or get in touch with us to know the right size for you. - The products should be in unworn condition with all tags intact. Flexchamps India holds all rights to not accept the products incase they are used or damaged by the customer.
Sale items (if applicable)
We do not accept returns against refunds as all sales are final.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
